Payment Options

In Store

At our stores you may pay with any of the following:
Cash; Pin; Credit Card; Nederlandse Boekenbon; VVV Cadeaubon; ABC Tegoedbon and our own ABC Gift Voucher.

Online

Local mail orders above € 50 may be paid via PayPal, credit card (AMEX, Visa, Master Card) or iDEAL.
Local mail orders below € 50 may also be sent with an invoice.
International orders may be paid via PayPal, credit card* (AMEX, Visa, Master Card) or iDEAL.

* Credit Card Orders are handled using PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

Return Policy

Books, if in perfect condition and with the receipt, may be returned within 8 days of purchase in exchange for a credit note. We do not give cash refunds.
If you have had the book sent to you, you have to contact the Specials department for further instructions.
Magazines, special orders, used books, calendars and games - if not in the original seal -, cards, audiocassettes and dvd's are all non-returnable.
