Ye gods, I’m getting old! Stephanie Laurens has delivered her 15th Cynster novel. Yes, you read that right, 15th! What a devil can’t all start, eh? Anyhoo, this is the story of Phyllida’s brother (she was Lucifer’s lady), Jonas. And as usual it’s full of steamy scenes and lots of humour, hooray!
Covet – J. R. Ward
The author of the Black Dagger Brotherhood books starts a new series with Covet. No vampires this time, but a fallen angel instead. On a Harley. I love my Romance section!
Born of Night – Sherrilyn Kenyon
First part of a new series (The League), also, this one featuring assassins trying to halt the living hell their world has become. There’s a book trailer on her website and you can also have a peek at how much the final book is different from her draft. Cool beans!
Bed of Roses – Nora Roberts
Part 2 of the Bride Quartet. No fallen angels or vampires or time traveling, simply four childhood friends that started a wedding business and find love one by one. Old Skool, in other words, and who better to write it than Our Lady of Romance, Nora Roberts?
