Yesterday marked the start of the Amsterdam World Book Capital festivities. Part of that included a storytelling marathon in various places, and at the American Book Center in Amsterdam five excellent authors enthralled whoever would listen for a half an hour each. Thank you to Amal Chatterjee, Nina Siegal, Julie Phillips, Pete Jordan, and Manjit Kaur for doing such a stellar job!
